More than 12 years ago I set up my first business (with a little help from Dad!) selling humorous signs, stickers and posters to gift shops as well as Canvas Wraps and Acrylic Mounts to Professional Photographers.
As time went on, my interest in the gift industry grew – no surprise really as my rapidly expanding family of nieces and nephews, together with the birth of my daughter, meant I spent many hours searching for the perfect gift. My criteria was always ‘something personal’, of good quality yet affordable. I knew other people were looking for the same. And so Personal Gift Shop was born.

I have also merged the Canvas Photo Wraps and Acrylic Photo Mounts side of my business into Personal Gift Shop because I know that they are the perfect personal gifts. I want this to be a one stop shop and I have so much confidence in my team who I consider to be experts who take the photos sent to us by you and turn them into wondorous works of art, whether its a Canvas Wrap or an Acrylic Mount. My confidence lies in the fact that I personally check each photo product before its sent out and also because my main clientelle are Professional Photographers who regulary come to us with photos they have taken for their customers to be mounted on a Canvas Wraps or Acrylic Mounts.
We are a family business and, as a family, relationships mean a lot to us – our relationship with customers is no exception.
My father has worked in the jewellery business for 40 years so beautiful jewellery is a key element of our product selection. He works closely with our suppliers to ensure consistent quality and stock availability. With so much experience, he knows just what it takes to make a business run smoothly.
As for me, I love choosing fantastic products! Various things inspire me. My daughter, Sienna, loves animals and bright colours – you’ll quickly spot her influence in our range of baby toys and accessories. And my father’s keen interest in photography is reflected in our range of personalised canvas photos and eye-catching acrylic photo mounts.
Personal Gift Shop is a personal business. It truly means a lot to me and I hope it will come to mean a lot to you too.
