Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. We will charge your card for any orders involving printing and framing as soon as we are ready to process your order. For all other items - we will not charge your card until your order is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. If you are paying by Switch please supply the card issue number. If paying by Bank of Scotland Switch please supply the valid from date aswel as the expiry date. |

Shipping And Handling
Postage and Packaging for orders over £10.00 is free of charge. Orders under £10.00 will charged from £1.20 to £3.95 to most destinations in England according to weight. The exact amount will be calculated after the order has been picked and weighed. Personal Gift Shop will accept liability for damaged caused to your photo by its negligence, but not otherwise. Any faults & defects must be reported to Personal Gift Shop within 48hrs of delivery. Items sent by Special Delivery are due to arrive by 1pm on the day after despatch in most of the UK. Packages that fail to be delivered (no-one available to sign) are held at your local Sorting Office. A note will be left at your address by the postman. It is the responsibility of the addressee to arrange for collection from the Sorting Office. Largers items are sent by City Link couriers. PLEASE NOTE: These packages must be signed for at the destination address. Our couriers will make every effort to deliver your package, including leaving packages with your neighbours or leaving safe (ie. in shed). Please note you must specify any special delivery instructions when checking out so that we can include this information on the parcel label. The courier drivers are not permitted to follow any other instructions apart from the ones we supply them. Packages that fail to be delivered (no-one available to sign) are held at your local courier depot. A note will be left at your address by the courier asking to arrange for a convenient re-delivery date. Packages that fail twice will be held at your local courier depot and is the responsibility of the addressee to arrange for collection from the depot. A third delivery attempt will incur an extra charge of £2.95+vat and must be authorised by us. For International destinations shipping prices will be calculated on an ad-hoc basis taking into account the final Country, order value and weight. |

Delivery Schedule
Please allow upto 5 working days for delivery on Canvas Or Acrylic prints. 3-4 working days for all other products. If in stock we will endeavour to despatch on the same day all orders placed before 2pm We will notify you asap by email if any different. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. |
| Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. |

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Photo reproduction is dependent on the quality of the original image so, in some cases, may not be exact. It is our policy to send a proof back to you of any alterations or amendments to your original photo for your approval. We will not commence with any printing until your approval has been received. |

Returns Policy
All returns must be made within 7 days of the receipt of your order. All return must be packed properly to avoid damage or breakage. Please obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office. We shall not accept any responsibilty for non-delivery or damage of goods in transit. We shall not give Credit or Refund money for items which have been assembled unless the item is faulty on our part. We shall only refund the product price at the time of purchase - this will not include the postage costs We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange of goods later than 14 days from the date of dispatch. |
